Vital Signs measures the human infrastructure of an organization — the relational and cultural operating system that shapes how people experience work, relate to one another, and deliver programs and services.

The visualization tool transforms survey data into an interactive map — surfacing patterns that are often felt but rarely named, and giving teams a shared picture and a basis for action.

The 23-item survey spans five relational and cultural domains and two workforce outcome categories. Together, they produce a clear picture of where your organization’s human infrastructure is strong, what needs investment — and where it’s impacting your workforce the most.
